Question on wake to sleep
« on: October 03, 2008, 16:29:46 pm »
Hi
My 7.5 mo dd is having problems with naps, they never were great but I've been trying to extend them using w2s. I started with the morning siesta, the first days work and the second day, I went and touched her cheek after 25 mins, she moved and kept sleeping, I left the room but after 5 minutes she woke up. Do I keep doing it until I can get successful 3 days in a row?
Thanks!
Flavia

This is the link on Wake to Sleep   http://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=64168.0

You need to do it consistently for at least three days for it to have any effect. Some people have found that they need to do it for a week or so, it just depends on your LO.
