Internet freeze on My Messages

Hello,

Whenever I go to or leave My Messages, my internet freezes for several minutes.  The bottom of page says "transferring data from bw.com".  I can't even go to another page/tab while I wait for the page to finish loading.  Very frustrating!   >:( Please help fix!  Thank you!

Having the same problem myself for past few weeks - freezes my whole computer, nightmare.  Will try deleting cookines, files - see if that helps, if not, I may need some more help

If you are using Firefox, you need to open BW with Internet Explorer, and delete the mass pm Andy sent to us all a couple of months ago, it's causing Firefox to crash :)

Sorry it's been so long--been busy with NWs and sleep training!  ::) 

Bummer.  I really like Firefox.  I was having problems with my Internet Explorer so I switched over.  Plus, I like how Firefox remembers what tabs you had open when the computer restarts after an update.  I guess I will just have to use IE for checking my BW messages.  Darn.  :-\  Did it work, Tamara?

You don't need to change permanently - just use IE to delete that message that Andy sent, and then you should be fine using Firefox again.

(funny how we're all different - I hated Firefox, and deleted it off my laptop :))

Thanks, Caroline!  I'll try it. 

(Yes, funny how we are all different...up until recently, I didn't even realize there were options other than IE.  My older son was having lots of problems playing educational games at nickjr.com so I switched to Firefox and love it!  My husband is a computer tech, but he doesn't tell me things until I have problems.  So I will have him help me now that I have specific directions.  Thanks again!   :-*

Deleting files/cookies seems to have solved the problem here  :)

I've only EVER used IE, I've heard of firefox but never seen it, not even sure what it is lol  :-[ ::)
