16 month and snaks

My dd is 16 months old.  Is this a time when they generally have a growth-spurt?  I feel like I can't get enough in her.  This is how it works, she eats, then she runs all over, then she is hungry again, repeat ;)  We don't eat dairy.  I am wondering what snack ideas are out there that seem to really tide your kids over that would fit in the no dairy category.

hi there!
i cannot remember the growth spurt ages, but this could be happening.  mine has phases where he eats a ton and then none.  but, i do try to avoid snacking.  maybe lots of whole grains.  breads and cereals that are hardy and fiber rich.

is your lo always grazing?  some kids prefer to eat this way versus 3 large meals.

just some thoughts...good luck!

I agree w/pp- my lo definitely goes through phases of eating a lot, then not so much...
what about chunks of tofu or bread spread with hummus?
multigrain fruit bars
soy yogurt
