Could you try and add in some carbs e.g. bread, potatoes, cereal, rice, etc and also some protein e.g. meat (if you are not veggie), cheese, etc. Fruits and veg are ok but not very calorific.

I agree with PP -- cereals, meat casseroles, and other carbs will help fill him up a bit more.  When he wakes twice at night, is it to eat?  If so, you can try increasing calories during the day to reduce or gradually eliminate night feedings.

For comparison purposes - and I know all babies have different appetites, but my DD is 6 months and 14 pounds and this is her feeding schedule (not always at these times exactly):

7am  BF
8am  2 tbsp cereal, 2 tbsp fruit
11am BF
12pm 2 tbsp veggie, 2 tbsp meat, 1 tbsp fruit
3pm BF
5pm 2 tbsp cereal, 1-2 tbsp meat, 1-2 tbsp veggie
7pm BF

Let us know how you make out.

That makes sense I never thought of that. I am introducing meat to him today. Does your breast milk supply seem affected by how much you feed solid? Thats what I am afraid of with mine. He seems to be waking at night for feed but who really knows. I am working on his sleep and he seems to be having a hard time with it. Its hard because at night I am a zombie and I don't know if he's really crying or not, I can't remember. My DS will be 8 months old on Monday and he weights 18 pounds. Any tips on the sleep training? I've been trying all week and it seems to be a little better? My lo is spirited. Is your lo waking at night to eat? How many hours straight does she sleep? How are her naps? Sorry for all the questions. :P

Thanks!  ;D
