Routine outta whack, what happened?!

I tried the longer A time again this am and he still woke up 45 min into the nap. I gave him the paci 2x and the third time I changed his diaper (very messy) and tried holding him and patting (shhhing seems to really get him worked up) and when I put him back down he was MAD and crying. I don't think this is a mantra cry because it escalates. What do I do??

I have nnooooo idea what to do here.
Here is what the day has looked like so far:

E 8:20
A 8:20 - 9:40
S 9:40 - 10:40

E 11
A 11-12
S 12-12:50

E 1:10
A 1:10 - 2
S 2, gave paci at 2:15, 2:20, and he woke up at 3. I went in to give him his pacifier and he got pretty mad about that.
If I go in and hold him he gets mad, too, because he knows that I will put him back down (that's just a guess).
At the last feeding I pumped while my husband gave him some breast milk in a bottle just to make sure I didn't have a supply issue. I got out 5oz and Moses only drank 3 ounces with a lot of encouragement.
I'm wondering if the pacifier is the issue?? I just don't know what to do.
the A times are getting shorter and shorter because Moses is getting more and more tired and he usually falls asleep right away and then wakes up all of a sudden, sometimes screaming.
Any thoughts??
