hello Alexa

It is me again :)
I am still fighting - I mean she still doesn't sleep longer then 30-45 min but she stays longer awake now and it seems to me that it is enough for her - is it possible?
Sometimes happens that one of the days naps is about 1 or 1,5 hour long (usually at 10 am)
Also she changed her routine- she falls asleep about 8 pm and is awake about 8 am (no longer sleeping till 10 o'clock :))))

I stopped to stress so much about her awake time and since then it works better - I am not so nervous.

AT nights she sleeps in her cot - THANKS TO YOU! and the days also, only falling asleep is not so easy - a little bit of rocking and then with crying in her cot and I pat her and move her legs up and down...
now I know which crying leads to sleep and which doesn't and I have to pick her up

I also found a baby-sitter (she starts in July) and I hope it will work only I am worring about falling asleep

I WANT TO THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR POSTS WITH HELP - YOU MADE ME FEEL SO MUCH BETTER AT THOSE DIFFICULT MOMENTS THOUGH YOU ARE SO FAR AWAY FROM ME

if you have any suggestions what can I do more to improve falling asleep during the days I will be gratefull

Greetings for you and thank you one more time
Kasia

Hi Kasia!! I'm glad things are going a bit bette with you! :)

If shpatting your lo is working, I promise things will get much easier very soon.  I shpatted my lo to sleep since he was 7 weeks old.  I didn't see any improvement until he was 4-4.5 mo.  That's when he got soooooo much better at falling asleep.  I still needed to pat his bottom, but it took me 3 min of patting not 20 min, like it used to be.  So, the only thing I can tell you is that if shpat is taking a long time, may be you can play with your lo's A times and see if that helps.  May be an A time reduction or increase will help.

I'm happy you are putting her to bed at 8 pm.  You will never regret this!! Once your lo is walking and a toddler you'll be thankful that you accustomed her to go to bed early! ;)

Hugs
