Hi Eliz!! Try to BF him at least 4 times per day. If you are already doing this, then add one more BF.  Is your lo having solids? If he is, you can also add some yogurt or cheese to his diet.  Just remember that solids before 1 yo are just for fun, so milk should be the main source of nutrition for your lo until he is 1.

Could you post your feeding routine so I can take a look and help you out to get in your lo more calories?

10/11 DF sometimes he wakes up around 10.15 - aim to DF at 10.30

Last night he woke at 4am and I let him have 3 mins on the breast. I have slowly been reducing the time from 10 mins to 8 to 6 to 5, 4 then 3 mins.  He then woke at 7.23

Thanks

Your routine looks fine to me!  :) It could be a growth spurt.  There is usually one at around 6 mo, and then another at 9 mo and 12 mo.  My lo was STTN since he was 4.5 mo, then he started waking up for one whole week when he was about to be 6 mo.  As soon as he started solids, he went back to STTN, so that could be the reason for those NW!  :-\
