hi,

i have been set my lo in to the crib for naps since he was born. now he has a baby sitter and i dont know how to deliver this business to her. any idea?

Hi :)
Is the baby sitter coming to your home? Or are you bringing your lo to the sitter's? Is your lo the only one in the sitter's care, or are there other children?
I think the easiest thing would be to write out a general routine for the sitter to follow (including what you do for wind down, etc) and ask them to write out what his day actually looked like. Like a chart, maybe?

I would show her too (as well as make a chart/write it out as Vikki says)...could she come round a day when you are there and watch you do nap time so she knows exactly what to do?  SOmetimes reading something and understanding isn't the same as seeing it in practice.
