feeding routine for big 6 wk old baby
« on: July 18, 2009, 14:34:43 pm »
Hi all, I need help with my feeds and routine pls :)

Currently DS is 6 wks and weighs 12lbs (5.75 kg) and his feeds are generally every 4 hours. (I tried to do a 3 hour routine but he was just not hungry)

Feeds are at
7am - 3oz
11am - 6oz
3pm - 5oz
6pm - 3oz
8pm - 4oz
11pm - 3oz
3am - 3oz

Every bottle has 6 oz in but he generally takes what I outlined above.

I am wondering whether I should be transfering the 11pm and 3am feeds to the day time as he is not really taking more than 2-3oz i them.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can ensure he eats his full bottles in the day and not at night!! (I know million doller question!!)
