habitual? Help!

Hi, How do i tell if my LO's EW's are habitual or not? And how do habitual wakings get sorted? He went to bed at 9pm lastnight and still woke at 5am!! I'm so tired and have tried so many things to get him to sleep to atleast 6am and nothing works!!! Help!! It's been going on for 4 months and it's now starting to really get me down big time xx

How old is he and is he still napping if so for how long?

He is 16months, and has one or two naps (around 2hrs total a day) and used to sleep 12hrs a night until his 1st birthday and it all went wrong :( x

Hun just seen this at 16 mnths I'm pretty confident he can handle 1 nap. Also have you tried W2S at 4am? We had some success (although not total) for EWs.

Hey I'm going to do the 1nap thing you suggested on my other thread, if that doesn't work and he still is majorly Ot then I'll try w2s. I was holding off on that as a last resort as I dont want to end up waking him up even earlier :o xx
