Minimi no advice to give you unfortunately. Your lo seems to be quite the opposite of mine. But for what it's worth what helped me was to do her nap 30mins later, so 2pm instead of 1.30pm. Worth a try?? Or maybe Natasha and Becky have some other tips for you.
Natasha, thanks for checking in on us. It's going well thankfully. All it took was to start doing her nap 30mins later and everything went back to normal. Naps are 2.5-3hrs long bedtime is 8pm and wake up is not earlier than 7am. So mummy's happy
