10 month old NW

ust when I think I've got it, she changes and lack of sleep makes it hard on everyone!  Lol. My lo is 10 months old and something has changed.

7 am awake and bf
10-11:30 nap (3 hr a time)
very easy to put her down as she has had many nw and tired
 
11:30 no bf but lunch (weaning)
3:30-4:15 nap 2 then bf(4 hr A time) She does no eye rubbing nor yawning,but I force a nap so she will not get OT

5:00 dinner
6:00 bath, bed routine.

Does not want to sleep until 8 or 9!
Last night she fell asleep at 7, but was wide awake from 11-1!!  She wakes freq thru the night and wants to only nurse. Last week she slept thru the night. Suggestions?

She has no teeth yet FYI but no signs either.

Her last A time actually ends up being 4-5 hours.  I try to keep 3, but she does not sleep.

Also today when I did pu/pd, she stopped crying. And just lay there playing. I didnt expect that!   What do I do here? Just leave the room? Or wait until she looks more tired?  If I wait too ling, this will ruin her bedtime! 

What is a good amount of total A time a day?
