My lo will be turning one next week and was wondering what should her portion sizes be when it comes to meals.
Am I supposed to still follow her cues and let her guide me and tell me when she is full?

Yes, let her be your guide. Also remember that there is a drop in appetite after 12 mos as toddlers do not require as much food as when they were younger because their growth has slow down. Hard to believe but sometimes a few cheerios and air seems to be enough to sustain them.
