Great news!!!
Yesterdays naps were awesome - both 2 hours without me intervening at all! He woke early so he really wanted that catnap at 4 or 5 but we are also having teething issues so he fought the catnap (can't all be perfect!) until later. Bedtime was a little sticky as well but once he went down about 8pm he was down until 12:30am and woke crying mainly out of pain, I think. We gave him some pain medicine and teething tabs and he was back down in half and hour or so. He stayed down until 3:30am at which time I decided to feed him. He ate the whole 8 oz. and was back down for the count!! He woke at 6:30am for the day as happy as a clam!! I can't tell you how happy I was. I have also heard him up (and watched his morning nap yesterday) and it appears that he is putting himself back to sleep! AND he is only using his dummy for a couple of minutes and then spitting it out on his own most of the time!!!
I know they say once you think you have it figured out it all changes!! I am keeping that in mind, as he has to go for his six month vaccinations tomorrow! But I am so happy for the past two days anyway!!!!
Thanks for the help and all the support!!! I'm sure I'll have more questions soon but I'm staying positive!!!
