And one prop we have....
I used to give her breast everytime she would woke up...I know it is terrible, but she was small and i didn't know, if she is hungry, or not.
I did that bed, now i don't know, what to do...to do it well.

Hi there!  :)

It sounds to me like your baby is ready to switch to a 4 hour EASY.  I think what's happening is that her A times aren't long enough and she's making up for that at night.  At her age, most babies are able to stay awake (an A time) for 1h45-2h before they need a nap.  Currently, your daughter is only staying awake for 1h30, so tomorrow, try bumping that first A time up by 5-10 minutes, or if you think she can handle it, the full 15.  It will probably take a couple of days for her to adjust.

Here are some links that have great information on them:

Now, about the feeding to sleep...is that just at night?  If so, try calming her back to sleep without feeding her, especially at that first night waking after the DF.  She's old enough now that she should be able to go at LEAST as long in between feeds at night as she does during the day.  She still might be legitimately hungry at some point during the night, but I wouldn't say at 1.
