We should probably start a separate thread about fats - good, bad, and otherwise - in the Healthy Living section. Lots of info we need to know, but a lot of it's not not really kid-specific. :)

Good idea, Deb, some of the information here is really tangential to the original poster's question. :)  :-*

I think with the fats (and indeed all foods) everything in moderation, spread around what you eat and you should be fine. Except the hydrogenated fats!!
