Okay, days on from last post, mmmm not going well at all.
The two days we had good afternoon sleeps were when my OH was taking her a walk, although she falls asleep on her own in the pram and he started walking after about 30 mins, it was great though as we could drop the catnap. Better nights 11pm and 5am wakes.
I put her in bed the next day though and she had her normal 45 mins wake up, so next day i walked her and still 45 mins, this had ment she was awake from 3.15 and bed really early. Wake again after 45mins of being in bed, and up 3 times in night. Last night took 2 hours to settle at 1pm.
So today she slept in till 8.30

Solids 9.30
S 11.00 couldn't last any longer 45 mins
E 12.00
Solids 12.30
S 2.45 15 mins only arrrhhhhh
E 4.00
solids 5.00
Tried for a catnap but wouldn't have it
Bed 6.30
Awake 7.15 on the dop, really upset and took ages to resettle
I can't get these naps longer and so how can i get the nights better and how can i stop being a human dummy.
Thinking of waking earlier say 7,30 but worried about doing it after bad nights as she will just be so over tired to start with.
When she always wakes from naps happy so can't try PUPD to help extend naps.
Should i be concentrating on the day naps, trying to get longer or the night time trying to get her back to sleep without having to feed.
