uploading profile pic

Is anyone else having problems with this?  I went to change my picture last night and it deleted the one that I had, but won't upload a new one.  I have tried a few times this morning and I still can't get it to work.

Thanks - I did that already.  I am doing exactly what it tells me to do and I am still not able to upload anything.  I have never had this problem before.

Claire, DH fiddled with mine.  Apparently our new camera uploads pictures differently. So while I didn't have to resize before, I do now.  Is there anything different with yours?

I find that when my picture just does not show up, it's because its over the size limits...sometimes I have to reduce it a wee bit more each time until it will appear.
