Hi Kara,
Glad the later nap worked.  I would stick to that and a7.30pm bedtime.  I expect eventually the EWs will work their way out to being a bit later due to later nap and later bed - iyswim?

Our long a is before bedtime at night.
We're having this now too...

How are things going, Kara.  I was trying to remember if you had the follow up apt.  Hoping all is well and you are getting a good nights rest.

It is funny you should ask, I was going to PM you an update on the eval.  I will do that tomorrow when I have time.

As for sleep, things are going ok.  My LO is sleeping 10/10.5 hours at night no matter what his day is like, so I have been letting him nap during the day.  Some days this is 2 hours and some days longer.  But he has been sleeping from 8-6/6:30.  We have some scattered 5:30 wakings, but they are not the norm.  The naps are kind of baffling, since some days he is asleep in minutes and some days it takes longer.  But he is sleeping at least.

The sleeping arrangement sounds like it is going better!  YEAY for 6/6:30.  Nice that you can be flexible about the length and get more in, since he will do it.  :-)
