Great Job!!! We do a sticker chart as well, but I usually only give stars for bedtime stuff, but I guess I could throw in bonus stars as well. I like the idea of smaller gifts to a big one, will start that as well.
We've progress a lot as well. He stays in his room at bedtime and I can get him back to his bed if there is a nw and mornings are pretty decent.
