There was some really good information somewhere on here that I saw a month or so ago about habitual waking and the wake to sleep method, and I can't find it anywhere now! Does anyone know where it might be or have a link for me?

That is really good (haven't seen it yet!) but the one I was looking for was for habitual night time waking. It's for a friend who has a 9 month old who still wakes for feeds at exactly the same times, twice a night. Any other suggestions?

Do you mean for getting rid of night feeds?

That's a great link, I'll pass it on, but still not the one I was thinking of. I think I'll just have to pull out my BW books and give them to her so she can try to find the info herself. Thanks!
