Hitting new mile stones

I forgot what I did with my dd. When they sleep a bit longer in the nght do you wait a few mins for th to resettle on there own or do you go to them straight away ?

I would wait a few minutes to see if LO resettled themselves. If LO is outright crying an "I need you" cry, then I would probably go in sooner. My DS would sometimes cry out sounding like he really needed me and then promptly fall asleep 30 seconds later. At first I would rush in, but then it seemed like I was waking him up more instead of if I just left him to resettle! HTH
