OK, I can report progress!  it's been a few days and I've significantly extended her A time in the morning. The last two nights we have had NO NW's!

Here's how the last 2 days have looked:

Wake up: 6:30am
E: 7am (bottle)
E: 9:30am (bottle and whole meal)
A: 6:30-10:45am
S: 10:45-12pm
E: 1:30pm (bottle and whole meal)
A: 12pm - 3pm
S: 3:15pm - 4:15pm
E: 5:30pm (whole meal)
E: 7pm (bottle)
S: 7:45

Total Naps: 2 hrs, 15 mins
Total Hours at night: 11 hrs

Is there a way to get her back to 7am wakeups?
And today, she will be at daycare where she doesn't sleep so well. If she only naps for 1 hr, do I move her BT to an earlier time? Thank you!

Those EWs may continue for a bit til  you get her solidly on one nap - you might want to try pushing that A time still - very, very, very gradually - and at the same time, cutting her pm nap a wee bit.  So that pm nap becomes more like a catnap.  That will bring her bedtime earlier too.  Eventually, you'll cut out that pm nap altogether - once the am nap gets closer to a lunchtime nap.

If her am nap is short at daycare, I'd put her down earlier for the pm nap (if you can) and let that one go a bit longer.  If that doesn't work, then yes, I'd move bedtime earlier.

Glad you are seeing progress!!!!
