How long to wait between waking and sleeping

Hi everyone..

I've previously left 2hrs-2 hrs 20 minutes for my LO who is now 5 1/2 months, but this now seems too soon as she's showing no signs of sleepyness.

We introduced solids at the weekend so i was wondering at this milestone if i need to leave a little longer. Maybe 2 hrs 45?

Hi there!  It's fairly typically for LOs to need more A time every month to month and a half.  I would say that she wants more A time, too.  Perhaps try adding 10-15 minutes and see how that works.
