Mmm, those protocols sound good. They don't apply in my job, the military attitude is 'remind the mother she can take up to a years maternity leave'!

Glad it was taken the right way :) Agree with Tay on the pumping advice. Have you tried giving the bottle when she's sleepy or asleep? I know a few people who managed to get their babies to finally accept the bottle while asleep.
I won't be around much now for the next 2 weeks as going away so won't be able to stay updated, but hope it all goes well for you! (Oh, if I'm lucky I might see you though ;) ;D)
