Can't upload video

Tried multiple times to upload a 13MB mpg, but keep getting the same error:

"Your session timed out while posting. Please try to re-submit your message.
No subject was filled in.
The message body was left empty. "

Not sure why it thinks there was no subject or message body.  I filled them in.

Tried using IE instead of Firefox and got the same error message.  Any ideas?

We don't have the capability to upload video directly to our server as it uses so many resources such as bandwidth and disk space.

You could upload instead to a video host such as YouTube or Photobucket and use their embedding codes to post the video here

I thought you could upload video.  I've done it before, I think.  Maybe I'm mistaken.  Is that option just no longer available?

Exactly that, it was switched off to avoid further issues and confusion

Can I just copy and paste the youtube embed code into the topic thread or do I have to also use a bbcode wrapper? If so what is the tag? [yt][/yt] or [youtube][/youtube]

I tried putting the embed code in but when I previewed the post it just showed the code...am I missing something here?
