I would like to have some advise please!

My ds turned 6 months this week, over the past few weeks I hVe tried him with a few things and he really not interested

What can I give instead of baby rice? I bought and organic brand and he doesn't seem to like it having one or two little spoons before pushing with tougnge.

I have tried carrot , sweet potato, marrow and the rice and no joy

What should I do now? What should I introduce?

My DD2 is 6m1w old.  We are on cereal and several purees.  In lieu of rice cereal, have you tried baby oatmeal?  It has a better texture and a bit more flavor than rice.  My 6 mo loves it with fruit mixed in.

Fruits we are currently doing (and in order of her preference), include: pear, apple, peach, apple/blueberry.......and bringing up the rear, prunes.  I am about to try mango.  Oh, I also use avacado sometimes.

Veggies we are currently doing are sweet potato, squash and peas and carrots.  TBH, she is not really a fan of the veggies.  I usually mix them together with a fruit and let her eat it that way.

Currently doing only lunch and dinner.  Also, don't underestimate the impact of time that you are feeding her.  I have found that if I try and feed her at 11:30 am, she clamps her mouth up and refuses to eat, but if I wait until closer to 1 pm, she is hungrier and much more cooperative.  At first, I just assumed she didn't like what I was feedinf her, but often, it turned out to her that she was not hungry.

PP has given some pretty good suggestions!

You can do most fruits or veggies at this point.

Is weetabix made from wheat?  (sorry, I'm not familiar with it!)  Wheat is a more allergenic food and should be avoided until a little later on.

Keep trying.  See here for more info and tips:

And finally if you are having absolutely no luck with purees or spoon feeding, you can consider Baby Led Weaning.  More info:
