DD sometimes wakes at 45 and sometimes at 40mins. Is there a difference in what the nap length means?

not really, its just that she is not passing through the transition between sleep cycles. The time is likely to remain static (ie 43 mins) but sometimes she will not make noise or open her eyes until a couple of mins later...or settles a bit slower.  Do you ever get naps that go past 45 minutes?

She is starting to extend herself once in a while. But it is the exception.  We've had 45min naps since 6wks when reflux was uncontrolled.  She is now on meds and symptoms are much better.  I helped her through transition when reflux was really bad.  I've played with A times and also OS as a factor, but nothing is getting us a consistent long nap.
