No nothing.  He wouldn't go down at normal nap time though so he's only having a slightly early lunchtime nap; currently 2 hours 5 mins and counting (he's never napped this long before in his life).  I was wondering whether it could be a combo of teething plus not needing a morning nap anymore.  He did seem to make it (ok) to 11:40 and I got his lunch in side him (with a bit of grumbling).

Do you want to post his current routine so we can take a look?

At around his age the 2:1 transition starts so that may well be adding to the issue.
