Is this teething or 2-1?

Alyssa is cutting her first two teeth and she is well medicated but over the past few days, she is resisting naps. Normally, she can do 3.5hours of A time but over the last two days(shows me tired signs) she crawls, sits up, pulls herself up, moans and can't fall asleep. She is well medicated so I would believe her pain is under control. Overall, by the time she falls asleep her A time is about 3hrs and 45min.    Isn't that much for an almost 8month old? Is this just teething or is she moving closer to 2-1?
Yesterday she woke up at 6am and I got her out at 7am. Nap was at 10am and she napped for 2hrs. This morning nap was aimed for 3.5hours of A time and she gave me a 1hr and 15min nap. I figured she would be tired, so I was following her cues and the moment I put her down, she began to sit up, crawl around and play.

It is a little early for the 2-1 but I know you think she'll be there early.  Teething can throw everything off whack though so see how things go while she's teething and it'll likely settle down afterwards.

I do think she will be earlier then her sister. LOL. It seems that her sister keeps her very active.     Hubby followed her cues this morning and she was up for 3hrs and 45min.    He said she fussed very little before she went to sleep. She woke up at the one hour mark and a little pat drifted her back to sleep. 
I can see two teeth about to cut, but those silly things seem to be taking there time.

Over the last two days she has been waking up at the one hour mark and needing me to settle her. Normally, the moment I pick her up she falls back asleep on my shoulder. Could she be having a hard time transitioning sleep cycles or is her A too long.
