When to drop DF

Hello ladies , I hope you don't mind me asking for help. I would like to pls know when I should be looking to drop to DF . My ds is 7.5 months and is breast feed his easy look like the below

630 breast
900 nap 1 hour ish
1100 breast
1145 solids, meet /veg or frut with a cracker
1215 sleep 2 -2.5 hours
1500 breast small feed
1615 nap 30-45 mins
1700 solids, veg yoghurt fruit
1800 bath
1830 breast
1900 sleep
1030 210 mls formula

When should I stop this? He wakes up quite hungry in the morning ?

Tracy recommended dropping the DF by 7.5 mo because at that point it was likely to disrupt sleep cycles. I can see why you would be nervous though if LO is waking in the morning very hungry. I would try offering a bit less every few days and see how it goes.

Should I start by bringing time forward? Before less milk?

I personally wouldn't do that but it's up to you :)
