7wk nw problem

I have gotten dd day routine down great.  No more ot 3 hr easy but now we have very little night sleep.  She wakes every hour at least and wants to eat at least every two.  During the day I wake her up after two hours of sleep as tracy recomended.

I have tried to extend a times but she gets ot very easy and it only takes 15 min to feed and then how do I occupy her for another hour?

I try to get her to bed by 8:45.
She has a cat nap between 6&8. not sure if she is ut by bedtime or what

Wow, that's early.  It would be hard because my dh cant drive so we pick him up
From work at nine at night and take him at 7:30 am. Would I turn the 8 feed into a dream feed? She has been sleeping better in the night, but is having trouble falling asleep at bedtime.  Easy is still going well.
