waking up at the one hour mark
« on: May 28, 2011, 16:18:14 pm »
For the last few days Alyssa has been waking up at the one hour mark for her am nap. she is doing 4hrs of A time and this would give me a 1.5hour nap. We are doing long am/short pm nap.  Over the past week, her wakings have moved later. They are now closer to 7am as opposed to 6am. Could it be she needs more A time to sleep longer?  Also, she used to go down like a breeze for this nap, but has been clowning around again. I do give pain meds before this nap as I think we are teething again.

It could be with doing a longer night she isn't tried as early and could do with more A time.  4 hours already though?!  She is a lively one!

Too right!  Why sleep when everything is so interesting?  My DD2 is the same.  Afraid of missing anything!
