LO has been sleeping for 45 min.  I don't want him to sleep too long bc that will push his bedtime to later and he usually goes down at 7.  It is now 5:31.  Thanks!

how old is your LO? if he had good naps today, then I would wake him in order to protect a good nights sleep

I use to always wake after 45 min (sometimes 1 hr if she had had really bad sleeps during the day). Makes bedtime easier, otherwise they will want to stay up later.

I always did, esp like pp said if the rest of the day's sleep had been good.
