Please share good hummus recipes! I seem to have lost the knack of making it and the shop-bought ones are not great.
Thanks!

I have made both of these before and both are great

I have done it without the lemon and coriander and it is just as good.

I use chickpeas from a tin so no need to soak, and I omit the pepper flakes, and have done both with and without the cumin

Thanks for these!
Do you mean fresh artichokes? Could I use the preserved kind? I adore them so this would be perfect for me!

The recipe called for fresh or frozen, not sure if preserved would work though.
