Disrupted naps!
« on: July 12, 2011, 09:07:59 am »
I am not sure what is going on:

DS has started STTN and since he has his naps have become very distupted. I am now dealing with a baby that is constantly cranky, making mummy the same!

He has recently been upped to 2.15A time, he is napping ok in the morning, managing around 1.5hrs but the afternoon nap is horrific! He wakes after 30/35mins and is then up from it, crying and very upset after 45/50mins. This is leaving him very tired and resulting me walking for a couple of hours to get him back to sleep so that he can then take a later CN.

The last 3 days EASY:

E&A: 7.30 - 9.40
S:9.45 - 11.15

E&A:11.15 - 1.25
S:1.30 - 2.15 (woke for 5/6mins at 30/35mins)

I then get him up and walk and he normally sleeps for half an hour from about 3pmish

CN: 5/5.30

BT: 7.30

Is he OT after the second lot of A time?
He is now stirring during 45/50mins during the first nap! His teeth don't seem to be bothering atm so I am ruling that out.

How can we get back on track?
