This is a nightmare day also. He's been waking up after 30 mins and then fighting me APing the rest of his nap...he's dropping off then waking up a couple of mins later and starting the whole thing again.

It's had me in tears already today because I dunno how to stop the whole thing from spiralling out of control. I'm already on Anti Ds for pnd and anxiety but since yesterday its back with a vengeance thanks to this whole situation.

Help please!

Lots of hugs.  Are you sure his reflux is under control?  Will he sleep in the sling?  Honestly, I went through all this with ds1 and if I had my time over I think I would have AP'd a lot more as I stressed so much about the amount of sleep he was having.

Bessie, dp works away in the week but does it all at the weekend mostly. Sonny won't sleep for long in the car or pram, he used to sleep for a while in the swing but he's too nosy now and won't even go to sleep in it now.

He ended up sleeping from 1.30 to 2 in his cot then from half 2 til half 5 on the sofa...I figured he needed to catch up. Still he had numerous nws despite being asleep again for 7pm

Karen, I've been wondering the same about the reflux so starred back with the meds but I'm sure its nor having an much of an effect even though I've upped the doseage. I think I'll go to the doctors and request a PPI to see if that makes any difference?

If his reflux is flaring up then that would be a good reason he's not napping well.  Is he propped up at all on the sofa as this may be why he's napping better on there?

;).  Keep us updated with how he gets on with doctor.  I'd defiantly keep doing what you're doing on the sofa for now though as at least he's napping well that way.  Get the reflux sorted and then come back to the naps after.  Lots of hugs  :-*

I got one of these for DD2, although a couple of pillows under the bed sheet would probably do the trick!
