Here I am.  So, Ryan has been pulling one good nap every day since we left the house.  Yep!  He started having good naps at the hotel.  Now he generally has 1 good nap, and another 2 or 3 45min naps.  The little guy's signs are totally unreliable.  Sometimes he stays awake for 2hrs, others he starts whining after 1.5hrs.  Then I swaddle him and pick him up and he starts looking around, totally alert.  He doesn't sleep, I bring him out, he starts crying again.    ??? ~sigh~

Yes I am suspecting reflux again.  Ugggh I keep going back and forth.  I have a thread on general sleep as nights have gone to pot now too :(  Last night it started at 11pm, then again 12, and 3-6am.  I am exhausted.

((HUGS)) I remember around 4 months we went backwards for a while and needed a med change (from Zantac to Losec) There is also a big GS for some LOs around 4 months and this really upsets them reflux wise.

Things started to come right for us around 6-7 months so hang in there, I would also pop back to the Dr and see if they can help some more :-*

He had good naps today!!  I also increased his med dosage.  Could it be it already?  I thought it would take some days/ a week to show some change if any.

I found once we were est on a med that when increasing it DS responded a lot quicker than a new med IYKWIM? So...hopefully things will come right for a bit, it could be that he is exhausted so crashed out, but I found around this age if there was pain it really prevented good naps even when DS was shattered. :-*

Today I'm going to try to replicate yesterday.  Pity it didn't help at night:(. We actually had the worse night ever!  2-6 am moaning/crying marathon.

Is he teething? Have you completely ruled out milk (or other) intolerances?

I don't think he's teething.  The GI had ruled out any intollerances.  Unless they can crop out later.  He does have mucousy poo sometimes.  But not regularly.  I am very worried about his excessive spit up even 1hr after the bottle. But that's another thread.
