nap lengths
« on: July 21, 2011, 13:29:16 pm »
I'm trying to figure out A times and naps ect with help on and then there were two but just a few nap length questions here, just read 35 minutes is UT, and know 3 minutes should be OT although seems to be a natural am nap for my LO.

  What is 1h 10min
              1h 20 min

how i would love a 2 hour nap ever again.

thankyou

I'd say possibly UT as they have made it through the first sleep cycle but then wake and aren't tired enough to get back to sleep.  But it does depend on a lot of things!

I didn't get 2 hour naps until my LO was on one nap!  1.5 hour naps were the norm here.
