((HUGS)) I think you are in the 2-1 and there is too much day sleep.  I also think your last A to bed is too short and she is waking that early UT.

You can either cap the first nap at 45 min - 1 hour and then put her down for a longer 2nd nap or have a longer morning nap and put her down for a cat nap in the afternoon.  http://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=163278.0

What do you think?

sorry I'm just writing back...I have tried cutting short the afternoon nap and no change...also I set bedtime with my 1st and had great results...do you think I should get rid of set bedtime and go by the amount of time she is awake?

Your set bedtime is creating a very short A though.  You will need nap cutting in the 2-1.  It has been 1 week now since you wrote, was was your day like yesterday?

okay now she is getting up at 4 30am:( her days are a mess because she is exhausted and so am I.  with my older daughter I had to switch to 1 nap cold turkey for daycare I feel like I should do the same here...what do you think?
Since waking up sooo early (and I do not rush in) she is super cranky by & am because I'm sure she doesnt want to be up that early but I really dont know how to correct it...Yesterday she was up fromher 2nd nap at 2oopm and I put h er to bed at 630...she did great she wasnt g=cranky in the afternoon or anything...but sure enough 430am this morning on the dot:(

((HUGS)) I am sure you are exhausted.  I wouldn't just put her to 1 nap though, since those 4 am wakings may continue as a result of being OT.

That last A was probably too long.  What did your day look like yesterday?

I would put her down for 1 hour at 8:30 and then a proper nap between 1/1:30.  If you think she is going to get a 2nd short nap on a 1 hour nap, then I would limit the first nap to 45 minutes and aim for 8:45-9:30.
