Could this be down to teething? 6.5 months

DD 6.5 months and we have had lots of NW in the past 3 months and I mostly bf at all NW. Suddenly last week she just sttn for 6 nights in a row. As you can imagine I was over the moon and felt like a new women!! For the past few nights she had been really upset about 1am and so have ended bf. Could the teeth be the problem as the bottom gums are really red and swollen and I can see a little White line on top? Do you think i will cause problems by feeding when wakes as this is the only thing that soothes her? I am also wandering whether her last nap is too late and wheter I should stop it. With her A times and naps her last nap often finishes at 230pm so she ends up napping at 5pm but still goes to bed at 7. Should I stop the nap or make bed later? She seems to still get tired and hungry at 630pm so not sure I can change bedtime?
Look forward to your thoughts

Teething can definitely cause disturbances. it is always great when you finally get into a groove and then it is gone.
What is your current routine in EAS format?

Do you have a cat nap in there? That last A is very long.

Yes sorry cn is often 5pm which I sometimes feel is too late for a 630/7 bedtime. It is never longer than 45 mins.

I would think a 45 minute nap would be too much for that bedtime, especially at this age. A lot of LOs are fighting it and or dropping it, so I would cut that a bit. Do you have to wake her from it?

I do often have to wake. I think I will work towards cutting it down and then out altogether. These last few nights I am convinced she is really struggling with teething pain. The only thing that settles her is feeding but I am worried about bf at night when she was sttn. Pain meds don't seem to help at night so I am not sure how else to settle her.

A lot of moms continue BFing to settle when their LOs are in pain. It is up to you though.
Also, I wouldn't drop the CN completely, unless you find that your LO is handling a 3 hour A to bed without any negative effects.

Yes don't think she is ready for 3 hr A as she had 3hr A before bed last night and she was much harder to settle. Will try 20mon CN until she can reach 3 hr Mark
