9mo old ew, does it stay that way forever?
« on: August 23, 2011, 13:02:12 pm »
Hi, my ds is 9 mos old and has decided that 5:40 is the latest he will sleep.  Is he just destined to be an early riser, or do all babies grow out of this?  Kinda sucks as his older sisters sleep in.  I still breastfeed, is fed 3 meal plus snacks, is awake for 3.5 hrs, goes to sleep independently, just learnt to crawl.  His naps vary from 45min - 1.5 hrs.  The long nap is pretty rare, usually an hr in am and hr in pm.  Still wakes once to feed at night, anywhere from 10:30 to 2.  Is there something I am missing that would improve his morning sleep.  I do not get him out of his crib until at least 6:30 as i don't want to encourage the early rising.
