Hi ladies,
My DS is nearly 8 weeks and I'm struggling with a short first nap. He has an A time of about an hour after waking (Including eating etc) and then gives all the signs of being tired but only sleeps for 40 mins to an hour. If I extend the A time too much he ends up OT quite quickly and can take ages to settle. I have found that I can generally alter the next A time to compensate and achieve a decent sleep but not every time. Roughly how much A time should he have first thing, as he has come out of a long sleep overnight?
