First AM nap: just lies in crib without crying and without sleeping!!

My LO is 3.5 months. I am trying to get her on BW but am having a hard time getting her to sleep for naps. (And getting her to sleep without 5/10 min of crying in general - is that normal?)

In the morning she just lays in her crib without crying but also without sleeping. I used to go back to sleep too and would wake up an hour and a bit later once she made noises... but she never looks rested. Finally I stopped going back to sleep to discover she wasn't sleeping!

Any ideas?? Thanks in advance!!

Hi,

So what happens after she doesn't sleep? Do you feed her and give her more A time? Might be worth posting your EASY so we can see how your day goes.

Is your LO mantra crying herself to sleep? If so, that is fine. Have you heard of the mantra cry? Xx
