Have you tried feeding at the end of a nap so she gets a let down before she even realises she's feeding? Or are naps too unpredictable at the minute? How was today?

I was thinking about that the other day and thought maybe I could get her to take a good feed is she is very sleepy.  Her naps are just too unpredictable right now.  Every time I would think about it she would wake up about an hour early or she would sleep longer (rare though)  I am just at a loss on what to do.  She took a good DF last night at 10:30 and she did sleep until 5:30.  I could not get her back to sleep so we had a very early morning.  Yesterday was her day to go to the sitter, she and her big brother go two days a week.

I am trying to be really good about letting her put herself to sleep.  I realized that we were just replacing one prop for another.  Tonight was a little rough, but she had a good feed and it took a little shh/pat and PU/PD but she went to sleep.  Do you think the NWings are getting to be more habit than anything?
