Don't know about the antibiotic (but would assume it's ok), but the acidophilus is fine for a probiotic. 
Feel better soon Anna!  Keep up the warm compresses too, I find that speeds the healing along the best.

It was flucloxacillan I had!  I would assume that one is fine too x
