Site timing out/pages not loading and so on/internal server message

Anyone else?

The last few days I have noticed it being really glitchy, taking ages  to load pages, timing out etc. 

A few times in the last hour I've gotten this:

Internal Server Error

Yes, several days now and appears to be getting worse, or my patience is getting shorter.
I haven't had the internal server message but all other sites are coming up fast without problems.

It's taking FOREVER to get through the posts, I feel like giving up.

Strange, the only issue I had was one day while posting it timed out, but I hit refresh and it went right back to where I was and was fine.

Some of the slowness may have been me, it's hard to say. There is a lot going on behind the scenes at the moment with backups & planning a forum upgrade. Doing all I can to not cause any problems so sorry about that.

Or they may be unrelated, it's been fast for me the entire time...
