what do 50/55 min naps mean?

I have another thread going but just wanted to know what these generally mean....we are getting a lot of them.

with my boys it has either meant UT naps, or as they got a bit older (closer to 1yo) and switched to longer sleep cycles, it was their new transition point from deep to light sleep, in which case they would sometimes stir at this point and go back to sleep or if really OT could need help to resettle. so for your LOs age i'd be guessing UT but that's without looking at what else is going on :-*

For us, it was UT or OS which I could differentiate based on how he behaved when he woke. UT he would be physically capable still, but OS he'd be ready to go but not as physically capable as usual.
