« on: March 13, 2012, 10:49:08 am »
Hi guys my little boy is six weeks old have him on easy and i think he's doing great so far, just looking bit of advise for his night feeds normally his E.A.SY is
7.30E
8.15A
9.00S
10.30E
11.15A
12.00S
2E
2.45A
3.15S
5E
Usually very sleepy now so let him sleep to his feed at around 7.30-8pm
then bedtime routine, he's normally asleep shortly after nine and has been sleeping to round half 4 - 5.30, then waking and taking 2-3 oz and going back over to 7/7.30, should i do another feed before putting him down to bed or try dream feed, tried dream feed once at 4 weeks and he woke up more often. He normally takes 5oz at all his feeds during the day. Maybe i'm just expecting too much too soon  ;) ;) ;) xx

He is six weeks and had 1NF??? Wow, lady, you are one lucky mommy :)
Why would you want to wean that feed? My DS had 3 NF at that age, and most babies do.
If the DF didn't work for you then I'd leave it. We also tried early on and he woke up even more so we left it and went back to it when he was a bit older and we wanted to start and wean the other NF.
