We are trying combat our 6am EW by doing something like
Up: 7am (hopefully)
Nap: 1-2.30pm (capped at 1.5hrs)
BT: 7.30pm.
I'm not entirely sure the 5hr A time to BT is right yet, or whether he will sleep consistently longer than 11.5hrs at night, but I am hoping!
